If a performance is missing from an athlete’s TFRRS page, contact DirectAthletics Support with enough information to identify the athlete and performance.

Report a missing performance

Contact DirectAthletics Support and include:

• The URL for the athlete’s TFRRS page
• Meet name
• Event

This information helps the support team locate the missing performance.

If the athlete or team was a late entry

Late entries may be missing the athlete’s ID in the results file.

If that happened:

1. Contact the meet host or timer.
2. Ask them to find the athlete’s ID using the LookUpID feature.
3. Have the meet host or timer add the Athlete ID to the results file.
4. Re-upload the corrected results file.

Once the file is re-uploaded with the correct Athlete ID, the performance can be matched to the athlete’s TFRRS record.
