For an Open meet, you can add the meet directly to a team's schedule from Meet Manager.

Add teams to the meet schedule

1. Log in to your DirectAthletics coach or admin account.
2. Select the Meet Manager tab at the top of the page.
3. Find the meet and select Edit.
4. Select the green Schedule button at the top of the page.
5. Enter the name of the team you want to add.
   • To search for multiple teams at once, separate each team name with a comma.
6. Review the available teams and complete the scheduling process.

Once scheduled, the meet will appear on the selected team's schedule.

Note: This process applies to Open meets only. Invitational meets use the invited teams workflow.
