f the same athlete appears more than once in DirectAthletics or TFRRS, report the duplicate records instead of continuing to use both.

Duplicate athlete records can cause performances and athlete history to appear in different places.

Before reporting a duplicate

Gather enough information to identify both records, including:

• Athlete name
• Team or school
• Class or graduation year
• Links to the athlete profiles, if available

Request a duplicate profile review

Contact DirectAthletics Support and provide the duplicate athlete information.

If you know which profile contains the correct or most complete information, include that in your request.

Do not create another athlete

If an athlete already has a record but information is incorrect, request a correction instead of adding another version of the athlete.
