A TFRRS athlete ID helps connect an athlete's meet performance with the correct TFRRS athlete record.
If an athlete's ID is missing from your meet data, find the athlete's TFRRS ID before publishing results whenever possible.
Find an athlete's TFRRS ID
- Log in to your DirectAthletics account.
- Open your team.
- Go to your team roster.
- Find the athlete.
- Locate the athlete's available TFRRS ID or LookUpID.
- Use that ID for the athlete in your meet-management or results workflow.
Make sure you select the correct athlete, especially when multiple athletes have similar names.
If the athlete does not have a TFRRS ID
Check that:
- The athlete is on your DirectAthletics roster.
- The athlete's information is correct.
- The athlete has the required TFRRS eligibility.
If the athlete is missing from your roster, add the athlete before trying to locate their TFRRS ID.
If the athlete was added late
If an athlete was added after meet entries were downloaded, the athlete's TFRRS information may not be included in the original entry data.
Check the athlete's DirectAthletics roster record for the required TFRRS ID before finalizing the results.
Why the TFRRS ID matters
Including the correct athlete ID helps TFRRS associate a performance with the correct athlete.
If an athlete's result is published without the information needed for matching, the performance may require additional matching before it appears with the intended athlete record.
