Direct deposit

Direct-deposit payouts are sent 1-2 business days after the meet.

The time required for funds to become available may also depend on the receiving financial institution.

Check payments

Check payouts are processed within one week after the meet.

Delivery may take up to four weeks after the meet.

If you have not received your payout

Contact DirectAthletics Support and include:

• Meet name
• Meet date
• Payee
• Expected payment method
• Description of the missing payout

Do not send full bank account information through a support request.
