To request a refund, follow these steps:

Meet Host requested refunds:

  1. Contact us at https://support.directathletics.com/en. We will need your username, name of the meet and name(s) of athletes or team that need to be refunded. 
  2. Note: If the meet has already happened, we will need to verify if payment has already been sent out. 


Athlete or Coach requesting refund: 

  1. Contact us at https://support.directathletics.com/en with the name of the meet, invoice or receipt number and the name(s) or team that need to be refunded.
  2. Note: We will need to get meet host approval before processing any refunds. 


Note: Please allow 5-10 days for the funds to appear back on the card of purchase
